1. Cancellation Fee: To avoid incurring a cancellation fee of CA$50.00, all scheduled appointments must be canceled a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment slot.
2. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us a minimum of 24 hours before your booked appointment time to avoid a surcharge of CA$50.00. This enables us to adjust our schedule accordingly and serve you better.

We recognize that unexpected situations may occur, and our goal is to remain flexible and accommodating whenever feasible. Nonetheless, adhering to these guidelines enables us to uphold the high standard of service we provide to each of our clients.
